FREE standard shipping across India on all mattress orders. This means no additional costs for delivering your mattress to your doorstep.
Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that certain factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or transport delays) may result in exceptions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.
Special Delivery Instructions: If you require special delivery instructions or additional services (e.g., specific delivery times, expedited delivery, or installation assistance), additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact our customer support team at the time of placing your order to discuss these options and get a quote for the extra service.
Delivery Conditions: We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. In the event that your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you at the earliest and explore alternate delivery options. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Receipt of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect your mattress for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting the delivery. If there are any issues, please notify our delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer service team. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the provided address, a re-delivery attempt will be made. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Cancellations & Changes to Orders: If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Return/ Replacement: Our no questions asked return/replacement policy for any manufacturing defects. For any unforeseen reasons for which you are not completely satisfied with our products, we value your decision, and that’s why we have no questions asked return policy for any manufacturing defects. Your refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. Trust us, your return and refund is as hassle- free, just like the rest of our processes.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- 1. Call the Kozynap Support Team on+91 7290015354or email at support@kozynap.com to raise your return request.
- 2. Fill in a simple Kozynap Order Return Form.
- 3.Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
- 4.You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
- 5. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1-3 days post validation of the request.
- 6.Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
