Return/Replacement Policy

Our no questions asked return/replacement policy for any manufacturing defects. For any unforeseen reasons for which you are not completely satisfied with our products, we value your decision, and that’s why we have no questions asked return policy for any manufacturing defects. Your refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. Trust us, your return and refund is as hassle- free, just like the rest of our processes.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • 1. Call the Kozynap Support Team on+91 7290015354or email atsupport@kozynap.com to raise your return request.
  • 2. Fill in a simple Kozynap Order Return Form.
  • 3.Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
  • 4.You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
  • 5. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1-3 days post validation of the request.
  • 6.Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
