Kozynap.com sells mattresses, pillows, cushions, comforters, mattress protectors, bolsters and similar sleep products for all age individuals. The use of any services and products from this site is at the individual’s risk. The purchaser pledges to hold the supplier harmless against any, damage, injury or loss which might have occurred as an outcome of using the service or product sold on this website.

The personal information needed to execute the orders placed through online facility, like the user’s contact details, delivery address, bank card or other personal details should be kept under rigorous confidence by kozynap.com and not to be given or traded to any third party.  The contact number of the customer and the delivery address will be made known to the third party only while delivering the package. Company under no circumstances would hold the bank card details provided by the purchaser.

The company, in no way, can be held responsible for the malfunction or spyware in the user’s device which may have inadvertently been installed due to security breaches. Our company promise to delivery its goods in highest quality.  However, we are not liable for the alteration in transit of condition of the goods delivered at the address given by the user.

The terms and conditions in this agreement is subjected to frequent changes i.e. edited, changed, added or removed completely or partially in accordance to the rights reserved by the company.  Any changes done by the supplier in this “Agreement” will be effective on being posted on this website www.kozynap.com.  The user is obliged to keep a repeated check on the terms for updates or changes. The continuous use of the site by the customer adheres to the updates or changes will be considered as a sign of acceptance to be bound and abide by it.

Shipment fee and payments

The price of any product will be displayed to the customer on the web page. Any taxes or payment details applicable will be conveyed to the buyer before placing the order. There will be no charges incurred for standard shipping.
